• The garden extends to approximately 0.3 acres, is fully enclosed and includes a large, deep feature pond so may not be suitable for families with young children.

• Smoking is not allowed inside the house. 

• Pets are not allowed.  

Wildlife

Red squirrels frequently visit the garden as do ducks, pheasants, woodpeckers, herons and a variety of other wild birds.

Deer are often seen in the hills and woods around Braemar.  In the winter, it is not unusual to see them in the village itself.
